Worship Choir Welcomes You
Our motto in Worship Choir is "There is always room for one more." If God has blessed you with a musical gift, come to rehearsal on Wednesdays, 7:00-8:15 p.m., and become part  of a growing ministry team at SBC. Our choir family enjoys making great music and having fun while singing praise to God together. You are always welcome to come to rehearsal and try us out. Give us an opportunity to meet you and find a place to serve the Lord - come to Worship Choir rehearsal this week.

SBC offers a graded choir ministry for children ages 4 through grade, during the school year. Musical and spiritual instructions are core elements as we train children to worship the Lord and grow in their understanding of Jesus Christ. Get your children involved in Children’s Choir ministry! It can change their lives forever.

One Voice

One Voice Student Choir helps students connect to God and each other, singing relevant music for their generation. This group is open to students in grades 7-12 who want to sing for God's glory. One Voice sings at times throughout the year in our morning worship services. Rehearsals are Sundays, 4:30-5:15 p.m. in the choir room. Come make a lasting impact on your world.

JOY Singers is the Senior Adult Choir of our church. Rehearsals are at 10:00 a.m. on Monday mornings in the Choir Room from Sept through May. This group of dedicated seniors loves to share in the fun of making music together and taking it to the community. The JOY Singers welcomes all seniors who love to praise the Lord. In addition to singing in church, we make monthly trips to sing for others in retirement homes. Come and experience the JOY of the Lord!

Our ladies' vocal ensemble is open to women of all ages. We sing in worship about once a month and share concerts outside our church as invited. Rehearsals are on Wednesday, 6:00-6:45 p.m.

 

Join us this year in Celebration Ringers, our handbell group for adults. We have several openings, and would love to have you ring with us! Some music reading ability is necessary. If you are interested, please contact Marcia Brantley. Celebration Ringers rehearses on Sundays at 5:45 p.m.
