Are You Connecting Joe Wren
Joe Wren

It is extremely important that Christians connect with God, one another, and others. The fact of the matter is that a strong connection with God leads to a connection with other believers in worship, Bible study, service and fellowship. It also leads to a connection with nonbelievers in an effort to connect them with God. It is our hope and prayer that the new schedules and services for the fall will motivate all of us to connect, invite, witness, give, pray, attend, grow, go, and serve.

The following Sunday schedule begins September 12:

  • Celebrative Worship will meet from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. This service will include a Bible message, choir, organ, piano, other instruments, dramas, videos, hymns, worship songs and choruses, and other worship tools.
  • Sunday School will meet from 10:15 until 11:15 a.m. Sunday School classes are small groups where people connect, bond, fellowship, study God’s Word, pray, and reach out to others.
  • Contemporary Worship will be from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. This service will include a Bible message, praise team, praise band, current worship songs, choruses and hymns, drama, videos, and other worship tools.
  • The Sunday evening schedule will include special services, Bible studies, discipleship classes, and other groups. The times and types of activities will vary.

The Wednesday evening schedule will provide opportunities for all family members to be involved in Bible studies, discipleship classes, mission groups, music programs, and other activities. The Wednesday meals will resume. We hope this will be a special evening for the church family.

Please CONNECT with God, one another, and others.

See you Sunday at SBC
